New feature

I've implemented a reputation feature. It will show how trustworthy a user is. If the user has 1+ reputation that means he's trusted by staff and should also be trusted by the community. If the user has lower than 0 that means he/she is untrustworthy. We won't ban them but keep your eyes out for users with under 0 reputation. Have a nice day!
